well, I wasn't going to do this,, because everyboody else and their dog has an SDCC journal, but I was actually asked where I'll be, so now I will

I'll pretty much be at Zenescope or Top Cow all weekend available for signing, but my actual signing times are:

Zenescope Booth 2104

Thursday: 12-1 pm
Friday: 3-4 pm
Sunday: 4-5 pm

I guess people decided neither me or Blond weren't worth putting at a table on saturday

I do have a few meetings set up though, so dont expect me to literally be at those two tables the whole time. Might be harder to find me on saturday since I dont have a signing, thats when I'm going to take my chance to go blow loads of money like I do every year at sdcc.

"It's a suite (yes suite not just a room) at the Embassy Suites which is 3 blocks from the convention center (and one block from the Hyatt hotel which is where everything happens). Among our roomies are myself, *elsevilla, ~MaxximumBob, *radical-jojo (as well as a couple of others). The hotel also provides a breakfast to their guests every morning including made to order omelets, pancakes, sausage, fresh fruit, etc. This helps save on food expenses.

We're checking in Tuesday July 22nd and checking out Monday July 28th.

EDIT: so a couple of you have already requested a print off of the final crisis pages. so know that i will not, nor ever will be able to put any work i do for DC up as prints. thats just how it works

DA restored my pic. but not withot being snotty first.. of course i might have deserved it, my initial helpdesk inquiry showed very little faith in DA.
they didn't even restore it. all i got was a snotty know it all comment, in which i replied, "well, understood, but can i have it back?"

would they have even put it back if i didn't reply to it?


*sigh*

somebody reported my ms. marvel piece as "art theft or no permission"

WTF seriously?

did they not realize that i fucking colored it? i was paid by the person who actually owns that piece to fucking color it?

damn. well i'm going to resubmit it. because that claim was totally off-base and uncalled for.

if that was art theft, that means my whole gallery is.

i guess some idiot who read the description took "i have no idea who drew this" as " i'm posting somebody else's art because i have nothing better to do than to take credit for somebody else's work"

my first DC book is out! here is a review. [link]

i went and checked this out today, got a copy of it from the local comicshop since i was certainly too impatient to wait for comps. i can say i've never before had something printed matte instead of glossy, not too sure how i like that aspect of it, but the colors turned out pretty well, minus the glows and shiny parts, those seemed to transfer kind of oddly.

now i know what to keep an eye out for though, i suppose. i'll show some here as soon as i can, for right now i haven't seen any previews of it around on the interbutts.

there is some really exciting things going on with working for DC right now, not much i can really say yet, though, but be sure i'll shout it to the world when it's final.
